Use avrxt.dev/contact to send a message to the website owner. It is a personal inbox workflow, not a customer-support product.

Before you submit

Include the reason for your message and enough context to respond. For a technical problem, give the public URL, approximate time, browser, and a sanitized reproduction. Do not include passwords, API keys, private session URLs, or identity documents.

Accepted fields

The current form requires a name, email address, and message. Names are bounded to 120 characters, email addresses to 254, and contact messages to 5,000. Invalid or oversized requests are rejected before delivery.

Delivery and receipts

Accepted contact messages are delivered to a configured private Discord channel. A receipt email is attempted afterwards. The submitted address is not verified by an inbox challenge in this flow. A receipt outage does not mean an accepted Discord delivery failed. The interface states a review window of 72 hours. This is a personal review target, not a guaranteed support SLA.

Avoid duplicate messages

If the form reports acceptance, do not submit repeatedly because a receipt has not arrived. Check spam and allow for delivery delays. For an explicit failure, check website status and try later.
The form uses same-origin submission. A gateway route does not make it an unrestricted third-party messaging API.
